Mr. Chandanmal Pukhraj Bothra is a distinguished pharmaceutical entrepreneur and industry veteran with over five decades of experience spanning pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, commercialization, healthcare services and global business development. Widely recognised for his vision and leadership, he has played a transformative role in shaping the growth of the Indian pharmaceutical industry and building globally respected healthcare enterprises. As co-founder and long-time Managing Director of Medreich Limited, he transformed the company into a leading global Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) organization, partnering with multinationals including Pfizer, Novartis, Sanofi and GlaxoSmithKline, and expanding across Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia – culminating in its landmark acquisition by Meiji Seika Pharma of Japan in 2015, the first 100% acquisition of an Indian pharmaceutical company by a Japanese pharmaceutical major. His expertise spans the entire pharmaceutical value chain – R&D, regulatory strategy, manufacturing, quality systems and international business. Following Medreich, he founded and nurtured several healthcare ventures including Lyrus Life Sciences, Stabicon Life Sciences, VERISTOnN Sciences and Trust Chemists & Druggists, forming an integrated healthcare ecosystem. Deeply committed to advancing healthcare access, education and social impact, his contributions have earned recognitions including Udyog Patra, Udyog Ratan, Bharatiya Udyog Jyoti and Udyog Vibhushan.

A distinguished pharmaceutical professional with over four decades of experience spanning pharmaceutical research, analytical sciences, product development, quality systems, regulatory affairs and technical operations. He holds a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with distinction and has built an illustrious career advancing pharmaceutical quality and regulatory excellence across India and global markets. Widely recognised as an authority in pharmaceutical analytical sciences, he has designed and established eleven world-class analytical laboratories meeting stringent international regulatory expectations. He has been instrumental in securing approvals from MHRA (UK), TGA (Australia), South African health authorities, France, Ukraine and numerous agencies across Africa and the Middle East, and as Head of International Regulatory Affairs led the preparation and submission of more than 4,000 product dossiers globally. A passionate educator and mentor, he serves as faculty at pharmaceutical training institutions, trains newly recruited Drug Inspectors with the Karnataka Drugs Control Department, and contributes to the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission.

As Director of Stabicon Life Sciences, she has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving sustainable growth and establishing a strong foundation for innovation-led expansion. Under her leadership, Stabicon has evolved into a profitable, innovation-focused organization, developing differentiated products and forging strategic partnerships with several leading multinational corporations. During the COVID-19 pandemic she ensured uninterrupted supply of essential immunity and wellness products, and she spearheaded Stabicon's expansion into the nutraceutical and wellness segment with a strong pipeline of market-ready products. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is actively involved in philanthropic and community development initiatives and serves as a Trustee of CPBT.

An accomplished pharmaceutical professional with over 17 years of experience in analytical research, quality control, stability sciences and pharmaceutical operations. He holds a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with distinction and brings extensive expertise in analytical method development, validation, product characterization and laboratory operations. Prior to Stabicon he held key positions with Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Piramal Healthcare, Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), spanning the development and characterization of New Chemical Entities, stability studies and product development for innovator, generic and OTC formulations. A recognised subject-matter expert in stability sciences and R&D quality systems, he has successfully supported numerous international regulatory inspections and customer audits including the US FDA, WHO Geneva and Netherlands agencies. At Stabicon he oversees operational excellence across analytical services, quality systems, laboratory management and project execution, and is passionate about mentoring teams and fostering professional growth.

A highly respected life sciences and wellness industry professional with over 25 years of experience spanning product innovation, formulation development, business strategy, research, development and operations. She leads the Innovation Division at Stabicon, spearheading the company's nutraceutical, wellness and natural-products initiatives. Since joining Stabicon in 2020 she has driven innovation-led growth through new product development, platform technology creation and customer-centric formulation solutions. She has contributed to the development of more than 300 formulations for customers across international markets, with in-depth knowledge of FSSAI, AYUSH, DSHEA, TGA, EFSA and regulations across the US, UK, Australia, South Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Previously a founding member of the Formulation R&D team at Sami Labs / Sabinsa (14 years), and later Head – R&D at Maven iLab, with earlier roles at Micro Labs and Medreich. A Pharmacy graduate from Bangalore University, she has authored research publications in national and international scientific journals.
